Day 1: Pick up & fly to Kidepo Valley National park
The driver guide from Kabaffulo Safaris will pick your hotel or Entebbe airport and transfer you to Kajjansi airstrip for your chartered flight to Kidepo Valley National park. The flight from Entebbe to Kidepo Valley Park takes roughly 2 hours. You will enjoy the scenic beauty of Uganda’s rolling hills, valleys and communities on your way to the remote park. Land at Apoka airstrip where you will find your driver guide waiting for you. Thereafter, transfer to your respective lodge for lunch and refreshment. In the afternoon, do an optional game drive to see a variety of wild animals feeding and resting. Dinner and overnight at your lodge
Day 2: Game Viewing & Community tours
Today you will rise up very early and transfer to Narus valley for game viewing experience. The guided game drives in the park offer you great views and encounters with wild animals such as Lions, Leopards Hippos, Giraffes, Buffalos, Zebras, Waterbucks, Warthogs, Uganda kobs, Topis, Dikidiki, Elands and cheetahs among others. The green flat plains of the park is also good for photography. Return to the lodge for late breakfast, refresh and chill as you wait for lunch. In the afternoon, go for a community tour to the IK people for a cultural experience. An interaction with these indigenous cattle keepers introduce you to their indigenous customs, norms, beliefs and customs which make them a unique tribe worth visiting. Day 3: Game viewing & visit hot springs
Today, you will have a second game viewing experience. Game drives following different tracks in the park offer you opportunity to see various wild animals, predators hunting, while herbivores are grazing and browsing. Later in the day, you will visit the kanangorok hot springs located in the northern part of the park. Your local guides will tell you the myth about these hot springs. Dinner and overnight at your lodge
Day 4: Departure
This is the last day of our 4 Days safari. Have a relaxed breakfast, enjoy your last times in the park, check out and transfer to Apoka airstrip for your charted flight to Entebbe.
